    How can I tell if my order has been successful?

    Once you click on "Confirm order", at the end of the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail notification that will assure you that your order has been registered. If any critical issues emerge, we will always contact you via email.

    Can I add an item to an already confirmed order?

    Unfortunately, no: it is not possible to add or modify an order after payment.

    How can I get more details on the product?

    Just contact us at customer service, info@ellegitessuti.it, or using the telephone numbers at the bottom of the site.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    You can pay for your purchases in different ways:

    • Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Postepay, American Express)
    • PayPal
    • Bank transfer

    My credit card payment was not successful, how come?

    There are several reasons why a credit card payment is not accepted:

    • The credit card has expired: contact your bank!
    • The credit limit of the card appears to have been reached: check with your bank.
    • You were wrong to enter some data: check that you have provided us with all the correct information.

    How much is shipping?

    Standard shipping is free for all orders over 75€, below this threshold the cost is € 7.50.

    On which days do you ship and with which courier?

    Shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting on Monday morning. The courier who makes the deliveries is GLS for Italy during office hours. In exceptional cases, the company may reserve the right to rely on couriers other than those indicated above.

    Can I decide to have my package delivered to a different address or country?

    During the order confirmation phase it is possible to indicate a different shipping address by selecting the appropriate box "Ship to a different address".

    Do you ship worldwide?

    At the moment no, our shipping service is active only on the Italian territory, islands included.

    How do I know the shipping code for my order?

    Once logged in, in the "MY ACCOUNT" section you can see the progress of your order. Once the shipment is made, you can follow the "tracking" of the package in the same section. For any questions please contact info@ellegitessuti.it

    What happens if I am absent during the delivery of the order?

    The courier will try to contact you for three consecutive days, in case of non-delivery the order will return and in this case we will be forced to cancel the order and to keep the shipping costs from being credited.

    How is the refund made?

    In the event that you have made the purchase by credit card, PayPal card, the company will re-credit the total amount (equal to the sum of returned items excluding shipping costs) directly to the credit card, PayPal card. The credit card re-credit times may vary according to the banking institutions but generally require around 2-3 working weeks to be able to view the amount available again, this causes interbank circuit times for which Elle&Gi Srl is not responsible.
